Authors who wish to make the final published version of their article
freely and immediately available to all readers are required to pay an
Open Access publication fee of USD 1,800.

如作者希望其文章的最終出版版本可供全球讀者免費且即時閱讀，
須支付1,800 美元的開放取用出版費用。

Following payment and publication, the complete article PDF may be made
publicly available on the journal website without a subscription or
individual access payment.

完成付款並正式出版後，文章全文 PDF 可於本刊網站公開提供，
讀者無須訂閱或另行支付單篇閱讀費用。

Open Access articles are normally published under the
Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License
(CC BY 4.0). This license permits readers to read, download,
share, reproduce and adapt the article, including for commercial purposes,
provided that appropriate credit is given to the author or authors and
the original publication is properly cited.

2. Standard Non-Open-Access Publication

Authors who do not request Open Access publication are required to pay
a standard publication fee of USD 400.

未選擇開放取用出版的作者，須支付
400 美元的標準出版費用。

Under this model, the bibliographic information, article title, author
names, abstract and keywords may be displayed publicly. However, the
complete published PDF is not made freely available.

在此出版模式下，文章題名、作者姓名、摘要、關鍵詞及書目資訊可公開顯示；
然而，正式出版的全文 PDF 不會免費公開。

Access to the complete article may be provided through subscription,
institutional access or individual PDF purchase. Readers who wish to
obtain the full article should contact the Editorial Office.

Standard-access articles are protected by copyright and are published
under an All Rights Reserved model. Copying,
redistribution, republication, translation, adaptation, systematic
downloading or online posting of the complete article requires prior
written permission from the copyright holder and the publisher.

Authors retain moral authorship rights, including the right to be
identified as the creators of their work and to object to unauthorized
alterations that may damage the integrity of the article or the
reputation of its authors.

作者保留其著作人格權，包括被正確標示為作品作者的權利，
以及反對可能損害文章完整性或作者聲譽之未經授權修改的權利。

For standard non-open-access publication, authors grant the journal and
its publisher the rights necessary to publish, distribute, archive,
reproduce and provide lawful access to the accepted article.
The precise scope of these rights may be specified in the publication
agreement signed after acceptance.

採用標準非開放取用出版模式時，作者授予本刊及出版者出版、散布、
保存、重製及依法提供文章取用所必要之權利。具體授權範圍以稿件接受後
雙方簽署之出版協議為準。

Authors may use the article for personal academic purposes, teaching,
research presentations and inclusion in a thesis or dissertation,
subject to proper citation and the conditions stated in the publication
agreement.

作者得依出版協議所訂條件，將文章用於個人學術研究、教學、學術報告，
或收錄於學位論文中，但必須完整標示並引用原始出版資訊。

5. Fees and Editorial Independence

Publication fees are charged only in connection with the selected
publication model. Payment does not guarantee manuscript acceptance and
does not influence editorial assessment, peer-review reports or the final
publication decision.

出版費用僅與作者所選擇的出版模式有關。付款不代表稿件必然獲接受，
亦不影響編輯評估、同儕審查意見或最終出版決定。

Manuscripts are evaluated according to their academic quality,
originality, relevance, methodological soundness and compliance with
the journal’s editorial requirements. The publication option should be
confirmed after acceptance unless otherwise agreed in writing with the
Editorial Office.

稿件將依學術品質、原創性、主題相關性、研究方法之嚴謹性及是否符合
本刊編輯規範進行評估。除非與編輯部另有書面約定，作者應於稿件接受後
確認所選出版模式。

Authors should not make any payment until they have received an official
acceptance decision and payment instructions directly from the Editorial
Office.

作者在收到編輯部正式接受通知及付款指示前，不應支付任何費用。

6. Purchase of Individual Article PDFs

Articles marked “Not open access” are not available for
unrestricted public downloading. Readers who require the complete
published PDF should contact the Editorial Office and identify the article
title they wish to obtain.

標示為「非開放取用」的文章不提供自由公開下載。
讀者如需取得正式出版的全文 PDF，應聯絡編輯部並註明欲購買的文章題名。
