Clear publication options for accepted manuscripts · 錄用稿件的出版選項與費用
The journal charges no fee for manuscript submission or editorial assessment. Once a manuscript has been accepted, the corresponding author may choose one of the publication options below. Payment does not influence editorial decisions or peer review.
Open access publication 開放取用出版
Publication of the accepted article with its full text publicly accessible on the journal website.
Closed access publication 非開放取用出版
Publication of the accepted article’s bibliographic information and abstract on the journal website. The full text is available through the journal’s paid-access arrangements.
What the charge covers
Publication charges support editorial production, manuscript preparation, online hosting, archiving, and administration of the selected access model. Any applicable additional service or tax must be disclosed on the invoice before payment.
When payment is due
- No payment is requested before an editorial acceptance decision.
- After acceptance, the Editorial Office confirms the selected option and issues payment instructions or an invoice.
- Authors must contact the Editorial Office before making any payment. Do not transfer funds to an account provided by an unauthorised third party.
- Any CNY/RMB equivalent is calculated using the exchange rate stated on the invoice or on the payment date, as specified by the Editorial Office.
Editorial independence. Payment does not guarantee acceptance, faster review, favourable reviewer reports, or a particular publication date. Every manuscript is assessed under the journal’s editorial and peer-review procedures.
編輯獨立性：付款不保證稿件錄用、加速審查、有利的審查結果或特定的出版日期。所有稿件均依本刊的編輯與同儕審查程序評估。
中文說明
投稿及編輯初審不收費。稿件錄用後，通訊作者可選擇開放取用出版（USD 1,800，全文於本刊網站公開）或非開放取用出版（USD 400，網站展示書目資料與摘要；全文依本刊付費取用安排提供）。費用於稿件錄用後由編輯部確認並開立付款指示或發票。付款前請先聯繫編輯部；人民幣金額依發票所載或付款當日指定的匯率換算。費用不影響稿件審查及錄用決定。
