This statement explains how the journal’s Editorial Office handles personal information received through its website, email correspondence, manuscript submissions, peer review, publication activities, and requests for access to journal content. Depending on your interaction with the journal, we may receive your name, email address, affiliation, position, ORCID iD, correspondence details, manuscript and supporting files, author declarations, reviewer comments, editorial decisions, and information needed to respond to access or payment inquiries. The website may also generate technical records, such as IP addresses, browser details, and access times, through its hosting and security services.
Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for a specific editorial purpose.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to communicate with authors and readers; assess submissions; arrange and document peer review; edit, publish, index, and preserve scholarly work; administer requests for journal content; maintain website security; and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations.

Submitted manuscripts and related personal information may be shared with editors, reviewers, and service providers only as needed for the journal’s work. Reviewers are expected to treat manuscripts and review materials as confidential. Published bibliographic information may be supplied to indexing services, libraries, and scholarly databases. We do not sell personal information.

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Editorial correspondence and records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for publication, research integrity, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations. 我們使用個人資料與作者及讀者聯繫、評估稿件、安排及記錄同儕審查、編輯與出版學術成果、提供索引與典藏資料、處理期刊內容取用申請、維護網站安全，以及履行適用的法律或紀錄保存義務。
